All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 3pm are typically dispatched the same working day.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
International Shipping
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom. We're working on bringing PreAid to more countries — stay tuned.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri, or Amazon Logistics, depending on your location and the delivery method selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the courier's website.
Bank Holidays
Please note that orders placed on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as Christmas.
